We loved our stay in the cottage and the perfect little patio to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens. The host was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Lovely reception from Louise who was very helpful and gave us lots of tips for our stay. We were also very lucky to be able to check in early and shown a place for free parking Room clean and secondary glazing kept outside noise at bay. Thank you

The hostess was as charming and helpful as she was beautiful! The property was nice and not too far out of town. An easy mile walk down the hill to Bath, although some may want to Uber back up. The property had parking available 200 yards away for 5 GBP a day, which we used. We would return.

Louise and Chris were both very helpful and accommodated my later arrival and helped me with parking suggestions. Room was as reported and very clean. Good location and overall great stay for my business trip.

Great value stay. Very clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The property is a little outside of the city centre but easily walkable or a bus stop right outside that takes you into the city.

They require new mattresses. Hard as a board, uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

The hosts, Louise and Chris, were welcoming, helpful and charming. Our room was supremely comfortable, stylish with excellent ensuite. The beds, pillows and bedding really comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, good value and delivered to the door at exactly the booked time. The accommodation situated a short distance outside Central Bath, an easy walk in and on a bus route

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and very helpful with information on tourist attractions in the area. Also they were very accommodating when I needed to amend my booking. A wonderful hotel and look forward to staying there again - 5 stars

Good place and convenient

Everything was spotless and staff were friendly and very welcoming. I had a lovely time and would be happy to visit again.

The hosts were amazing; very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was nice and warm. The location is excellent. We had a car and found it really easy to use the park and ride nearby and catch the bus into town.

Chris and Louise are friendly and responsive. They both offered helpful information and recommendations and went the extra mile to be hospitable. The breakfasts were excellent and helped start the day in an easy relaxed way. The facilities were clean and well cared for. It was an easy walk into the center of town and buses were frequent for coming up the hill after a full day. Great place to stay.

Good location. Friendly welcome. Well equipped clean room, comfortable bed. Extra touches like ground coffee for the cafetiere were welcoming too.

Louise was a great host and very helpful. Parking available quite near. 25 min walk into the main high st . £7 taxi back up hill 😀
