Spectacular property!

All was good

Very beautiful resort. Quiet and peaceful. It is also very safe. They have guards at the gate checking who enters and leave. Great resort.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! The hotel mistakenly charged to my credit card the rooms of two other couples that where in my same party. Since march, I have been trying to get the refund of usd 1,600 to my credit card and they just don't do it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Staff is under qualified.

Excelent service

The only thing that I would like to have been given was access code for Wi-Fi, and I paid for the breakfast option but the waitress was not very friendly at all. I also requested a helicopter ride with my concierge and he verified my reservation but when we got there they were closed and informed me that they never received any information about my flight at all so needless to say that blew my day as it was scheduled for 12:30 pm. Other than that the food was so delicious at Latitude 32 it made up for everything.

Property was beautiful well maintain, rooms were clean, spacious and great amenities. The staff was friendly ans helpful. They offer free shuttle to restaurant and wine tour. We were there's for 3 days and we can't wait to go back. My wife was very impressed.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly, the property in general is peaceful, you can hear the birds and frogs all the time which is amazing. The pool is heated! The wine tour is amazing! The underground wine experience is a must! The restaurant….. sorry but it wasn’t good at all! Food wasn’t tasty and it was cold, the service is extremely slow so you can miss the restaurant without a problem. Other than that is AMAZING hotel!

Muy limpio, muy atento el personal, cómodo, buen diseño, abiertas todas las amenidades todos los días de la semana, el restaurante excelente sabor.

As soon as you go into the property, you are treated like a king amazing customer service. I will definitely return to this place.
