Hotel in good location. Lovely rooms and service. Kreed was a fan on the comfy bed. His first hotel stay.

Room was nice

Everything was good! I had an issue with the tv not working but they fix it! I also didn’t like the idea that at night the water don’t get hot but it does in the morning

We had a very nice stay at Candlewood Suites Memphis! It felt very secure and was clean and comfortable!

No pool

The front desk lady oh lord yes she’s so nice , friendly and welcoming

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom had 3 roaches. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Staff was AMAZING! Especially front desk evening staff and security staff.

HORRIBLE! After a long day of travel and delayed flights. I arrived to my reserved location around 1 a m to check in. I was told I didn't have a reservation there and that they moved my reservation to a completely different hotel that the owner also owned. A lower quality and cheaper hotel. At that time in the morning I had no choice, I attempted to check in at the other place only to be put in a filthy dirty room that clearly was not cleaned. I demanded a new room and a refund at that point. Completely disgusted.

Bed was pretty hard and everything in the room was dated but overall there are a lot of shopping centers around

Our stay was nice besides the few lil hiccups but overall we enjoyed ourself.

My husband and I loved the property.. Will visit again soon.
