Room was really clean, breakfast hit the spot. Omlettes, sausages, juices, coffee. Ect. Pool is small. Not in a negative way, just compared to others, pool was clean and warm. However the lights litterally flicked on and off constantly and never stopped. The lady was cleaning and just ignored it. It gave me a complex to the point i had to asked them to shut off the lights... weired just FIX IT! I would stay again Honestly i found it just a little pricey tho for what it was.

The sheets on our bed were not clean. We slept on top. I was embarrassed to tell anyone. Other than that everything was great. But that was a big yuck.

Whenever the heater came on all you smell was weed and cigarettes from the people that smoked right below my window it was absolutely disgusting. I was in room 211 technically it was right over the lobby.i don't smoke so the smell was not pleasant. Also other people on that floor that was on the end that I was on were slamming their doors I understand doors can shut heavily but this was like outrageous. I came for a relaxing stay and sadly did not happen

Really a 4.5* Room was very clean and the quiet. Room was on the 4th floor and WIFI had a weak signal Only major complaint was the elevator needs a flooring with some texture and a rug at the main floor entry. Guests (and their children) use the pool then use the elevator to their rooms. I saw one child slip and fall and an adult guest nearly fall over my one night stay. We hope the elevator situation is addressed prior to our next visit.

Staff was friendly

The front desk staff were very personable and professional. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both visits have been good. We had a room next to the elevator this time and there was some noise, but other than that, our stay was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
