Loved the guest laundry

Cleanish room.

Really a 4.5* Room was very clean and the quiet. Room was on the 4th floor and WIFI had a weak signal Only major complaint was the elevator needs a flooring with some texture and a rug at the main floor entry. Guests (and their children) use the pool then use the elevator to their rooms. I saw one child slip and fall and an adult guest nearly fall over my one night stay. We hope the elevator situation is addressed prior to our next visit.

Staff was friendly

The front desk staff were very personable and professional. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both visits have been good. We had a room next to the elevator this time and there was some noise, but other than that, our stay was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms were clean. Pool is outdated and falling apart but usable. Breakfast was awful (the eggs, sausage and coffee) but the other parts of breakfast were okay (bagels, muffins).

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. They kept the hotel as clean as possible, considering there were many construction crews staying there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the downside. We were there for three days, and eggs with cheese were everyday fare, with alternating bacon and sausage. There should be a variety and a conscious effort to consider food allergies. Both my husband and I have dairy allergies, so cheese everyday had to be scraped or cut out of the egg. Also, I had no gluten free options, so I brought in my own breakfast.

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice and clean and staff friendly. Allowed us to check in an hour early to allow us to change before the wedding we had to attend.

Everything was ok, just the ice vending machine is not working in my floor.

Don't like the area of the hotel. Staff were ok but not that friendly either.

Needs to be updated in the rooms. Stayed there when it opened and it still the same may years later
