The property is somewhat dated. The Mai. Entrance has an odour but the room was fine. Staff were friendly, professional, and courteous.

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable and the pool was decent as well. The breakfast was modest, but was more then enough to get you started for the day.

TV was good but there was no useful tv guide hard copy or on screen Canadian channels were difficult to find

Clean,easily accessible TV had about 10 channels,no sports,no news,no movies, etc…and to watch the tv,had to sit on end of bed(3ft away),,,or use a chair far away at a difficult angle ..miserably small screen…I won’t be back,and I won’t use Expedia ever again!

Shree was amazing. She welcome us with arms. Room was very clean and hallway smell sooo good. Breakfast was good. Would come again.

The room was clean but the walls are thin. I could hear people above walking around. Hear people walking in the hall. The HVAC was noisy. Sounded like something is rattling around in it. I ended up shutting it off so I could sleep.

Clean room but the pillows are a bit lumpy. The staff is great and always ready for a smile. The continental breakfast has fresh waffles which was very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was perfect

The reason for the two stars is reated on experience. We were there for a dance competition... and there was also a hockey team above and were extremely disruptive till almost past 1130 at night....
