Beautiful hotel, perfect location and well kept rooms. Colazione era delicious! Gratzi!

We booked this hotel with Expedia and we were furious that we hadn't been informed that the pool area would be getting worked on by the Hotel or Expedia. I didn't feel we could sit by the pool because there was lots of workmen and there didn't see, to be services of drink during the day. The room was spotless clean couldn't not complain about cleanliness maid service was excellent although beds were very hard. For us we were extremely disappointed as had booked it for the pool which looked like it would be lovely when finished.

Service was amazing overall, and staff at breakfast was able to accommodate mine and my boyfriend preferences.

We stayed here in June with our 8 months old baby. The air conditioner didn´t work and the outside temperature was 32-36 degrees. It was terrible. We could barely sleep. We complained about the AC to the property manager through expedia, but we never heard any response. The staff in the reception couldnt do anything about it. We asked for the room-change. They told us that they would talk to the manager, but nothing was done. We were just offered that we could borrow a fan from the reception which kind of helped a little bit. Otherwise the staffs in the kitchen/waiters/cleaners were super nice and friendly. We really dont understand why such a super-nicely located property wouldnt bother to invest some money on AC even though some guests were already complaining about AC back in 2019.

We like this Hotel. We stayed 6 nights in the middle of August 2019. Location is super. I think, it is one of the best in Giardini Naxos. After our trip we went to the beach, and it was great. The view from room was unrealistic. Room was small for 3 person, but it is OK. A/C was working, but slightly not enough. Only one problem for the old people is that the disco is right under the windows and loud music plays till 3am. If you have sleeping problem think twice about this Hotel. But overall it is Great.

Amazing view! Clean rooms. Great beds. Very nice breakfast and professional breakfast personel were excellent. (except that the coffee did not taste good...probably just an off day for the coffee machine).

On arrival at midnight the air con in the room didn’t work ( it was 35 degrees and the humidity was 68% ) it had not been installed properly it then needed 3 engineers and 4 days to fix the end result 2 big hoses and a great gaping hole in the ceiling (nice) There was a balcony with a table but no chairs The bathroom had exposed electrics and plumbing And to top it off on returning from a beach day we found our room door wide open from the cleaner forgetting to shut the door after cleaning The breakfast was one of the most dissapointing parts of the stay Instant coffee from a self serving machine it’s Sicily even the petrol station does great freash coffee why do this the pastries where nice when fresh and not the leftovers from yesterday’s service The only fruite on offer was tined pineapple and peach chunks all in all very underwhelming We will never return to the panoramic hotel it was a massive mistake

Bra hotell, fantastisk utsikt

Bra hotell, lite enklare. Bra läge nära stranden och restauranger och butiker. Men störande musik från nattklubben rakt över gatan. Varierande bemötande från receptionen beroende på vem som satt där. En enklare frukost, inte så mycket variation.

Staff gentilissimo posizione fantastica per una vacanza perfetta

abbiamo pernottato una sola notte. La struttura nel complesso va bene, il bagno è un po' troppo piccolo e manca la possibilità di parcheggio. Colazione soddisfacente

La visuale dalla camera è stupenda, colazione buona Sicuramente però non è un hotel a 4 stelle, stanze piccole, frigobar vuoto, aria condizionata inesistente, bagni piccoli con doccia piccola, struttura che ha i suoi anni e andrebbe modernizzata, personale molto disponibile, non avrei nulla da ridire se il prezzo fosse di un hotel 2-3 stelle, ma 4 proprio non le merita.

Ligger fint nära stranden. Vi hade balkong mot havet. Men också mot en beach club som spelade extremt ! hög musik. Det fanns ingen info om detta inför resan och när vi påtalade detta blev vi hänvisade till apoteket för att köpa öronproppar. Rummet var ok, inget speciellt. Vi bodde i huvudbyggnaden och hade som utlovat Wi-Fi, men våra vänner bodde i en annan del och dit nådde inte Wi-Fi. Frukosten var ok. Första dagen när vi kom tillbaka från stranden hade städerskan missat att låsa vår dörr. Det kändes väldigt olustigt och osäkert. Poolen var kall (inte uppvärmd) och sliten. Men ok för ett snabbt dopp.

Camera bellissima e spaziosa con vista sulla piscina, hotel pulito ed accogliente.

Das einzig Störende war das laute Aggregat im Hinterhof. Es lief bis auf kleinere Unterbrechungen Tag und Nacht. Unser Zimmer im dritten Stock lag direkt darüber und somit war es ziemlich laut.
