The hotel overbooked, I booked 2 rooms for my grandparents and paid in advance. The day my grandparents checked in, because the flight was delayed until after 12am, I called the hotel at 10am, but the hotel didn't pick up the phone many times. When they did, the hotel confirmed that they had canceled my booking. It was already difficult to find a room on Saturday and Sunday, but what should I do in this situation? After talking back and forth, the receptionist said that I could only check in on Saturday and had to move out on Sunday. I was fine, but I booked for my grandparents. Now I don't know how to handle it.

Worst experience ever. Room are very small and feel uncomfortable the pin to lock the door from inside was broken, cleanliness issue and without the lift can only walk, no hair dryer we have to go down and ask from reception. Moreover, our room just like in a separated area, no lift, dirty stair, wifi router different from the main area and can not be used properly. This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. We're not gonna come back for sure.

Tụi mình đi 5 người, thuê 1 phòng nhưng thực ra là 2 phòng thông nhau. Quá thích vì có 2 phòng tắm luôn, rất tiện. View từ phòng ra biển là cái cửa sổ này, nhưng có 1 ban công to nữa view phố. Tóm lại là rất ưng.

The room was completely broken. They gave me the last room without any windows. The staff asked me and they turned around. Checked in at 8 or 9 p.m. and was terribly tired.

Not professional, booked a 1-bed room, but when I checked in, I was given a 2-bed room with the reason that the email check was missed, the 3n2d had to stay in 2 different rooms. On the 2nd day, when I entered the room, I saw the housekeeper sleeping in it. Really bad, the hotel has to retrain the staff!!
