Great place to stay. Absolutely amazing views!

Everything ok but access to the lobby is not very good when you have luggage

Property has a great location. It is so convenient to be just above a mall that has it everything on-site. The first room assigned to me had a maintenance issue with the card reader. I had to go to the Front Desk on three occasions and still my door wouldn't open. (I would like to point that going up and down from the lobby to the 7th floor on the elevator of this hotel it is not a fun trip). The chief engineer helped me open the door at last. He mentioned to me that the reader was defective, he was honest and really helpful. A couple of minutes after I get into my room, I get a call from the Front Desk Manager offering me to move into a new room, which I accepted. She personally brought me the new key cards to the room. She was really helpful too! Unfortunately this new room had a lot of cleanliness issues up to the point that I found a used condom on the bottom of my nightstand (and I did Reported it to the Front Desk immediately). The FDM, FDA and the Engineer were great! The condition and cleanliness of the hotel weren't. To be honest I was expecting an upgrade after the 1st manteinance incovenience, but after the condom issue I was expecting at least an apology from the hotel for sure. Thanks, see you next time.

Fui solo de trabajo por 2 noches. Buena ubicacion, a un costado de un centro comercial. Me dieron upgrade de cuarto lo cual fue bastante bueno. Si regresaria sin problema.
