The location is very good and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond in their customer service. Michael (not the manager) was very helpful when we checked in and for the next 2 days offered any assistance needed. Michale the manager was also very helpful on our last day at the hotel. The a/c struggles in the heat. We were there for 3 days June 21-23, 2026 and it was around 85*. We have a party of 8 with 3 different rooms. Room #2 never really cooled down and there are no outside windows for this unit. We had friends in room 6, which is a beautiful double room with a lot of space: a queen bed and also 2 twins - very nice for a family. However, their unit never cooled down. Unit 8 is a unit with a loft above with a single bed and a queen bed. That unit was 75* when we arrived and it never cooled below 70*. Our friends said it was difficult to sleep. They did have a standing fan, an oscillating fan, and the a/c unit but the room never cooled down. Breakfast was very nice with good variety but the coffee machine went offline and had to be reset each morning. Not too big of a deal as it would work again about 10 minutes later. Reserved parking is right across the street and very convenient. It is definitely boutique with plenty of old world charm and very nice character. However, please be aware of the challenges some of the units face to get the rooms comfortable.

Excellent location. Most helpful staff, really doing their best. Make sure you reserve parking as there are only 3 allocated places and there is a HUGE problem finding the parking around. Also, if you have limitations make sure you ask for lower floors, as the stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. Maintenance was a big issue - for the 5 days we stayed there they were not able to fix the A/C and it was really hot. Also, other small issues were not resolved. The staff tried, but not succesful

Good hotel and located in the heart of the old town. The only negative thing is the parking. They have only 3 spaces so you are better to reserve one early in order to get one. We parked our car 1 km from the hotel.

Super cute hotel right in the middle of everything, but also super quiet at night and could sleep with my windows open. The staff was amazing! The breakfast room was super cute and lots of great breakfast offerings. Would totally stay again.

Everything about this place was amazing! Mihai had such a fun personality and helped us with parking during a busy day in Braşov! Can’t recommend this place enough - truly amazing and location is very convenient

The breakfast was very good. Many selections to choose from. The hotel is in the heart of old town. Many dining options and pubs within 5 minutes of walking. The hotel was immaculately clean. Very happy with my stay.

Great location, super clean and good amenities. Wish you could better control the heat in the room as there was no real window to let in some cool air.

The location is stunning. Starting with my rooms 1 & 6 that were amazing. The breakfast area is worth of a movie set. For sure would repeat if I’m back here. Staff friendly and helpful.
