Mi experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente frustrante. A pesar de haber realizado una reserva para tres personas con una confirmación clara que respaldaba dicha reserva, al llegar para hacer el check-in, me encontré con una sorpresa desagradable. El personal del hotel afirmó que solo tenían disponibilidad para una persona y que podían "acomodar" a las dos personas adicionales, pero con un costo adicional. Esto no solo me pareció injusto, sino también completamente absurdo. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de profesionalismo y la total ausencia de servicio al cliente. La actitud del personal fue desalentadora, y quedé con la sensación de que no les importaba en absoluto la satisfacción de los clientes. En resumen, mi elección de hospedarme en este hotel resultó ser un error costoso y frustrante. No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente lo decepcionante que fue esta experiencia.

Horrible place and location rooms not like shown. Administrator incredibly rude and disrespectful. I made a booking and spoke to him about it before doing so. Explained I had my dog with me so called to be sure when I showed up he told me there was a charge for $90 for the dog so I ask why didn’t he mention that over the phone he said it was my responsibility not his so tried to cancel the reservation but Orbitz wouldn’t let me so I called him Back he said no worries I will cancel it on my end as a now show. Ofcourse he didn’t when I called to check he said it wasn’t his responsibility it mas mine he wasn’t going to do it not his problem. Careful this property is deceiving

You can spend a night if your flight is cancelled.

This place is my worst hotel experience in years. I booked the room for my girlfriend. She gets dropped off by a cab at 1am after an international flight. They refuse to let her enter until 6am and don’t even explain why! So she has to roam the streets of a dangerous neighborhood and never checks in. Then they refuse us a refund. Unbelievably shameless.

Disfrute de mi estadía en el hotel, había tranquilidad, limpieza, buena atención, internet, TV nitida y bastante variedad de canales, buen desayuno, hay sitios alrededores donde se puede comer y hacer compras, hacer impresiones, etc. Me gustó.

Great place, right outside are whole bunch of little stores and food stands. Not far from the airport, 40 minutes walk, but they provide transportation if needed. Only thing is that shower was lukeworm, no hot water. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Muy agradable atención

Reasonably spacious room in small hotel close to Bogotá airport, ideal for a layover in between flights. Recently renovated, clean, comfy bed, reasonably quiet. Basic small breakfast included. Area is not the most interesting, but some smaller shops and basic restaurants in walking distance.

November 23rd was pretty much chaos! (If you follow colombian news you know what I am talking about) But overall it was okay. It was a last minute reservation so my mom and my niece had to share room with a stranger, they understood and said it was okay because the situation, but at the same time was very unconvinient

New or newly remodeled, good breakfast, very convenient as an overnight between flights. Staff was very helpful. On the flip side, my small windowless room was a bit claustrophobic and I am not prone to that. But the price was right along with everything else except the room.

Affordable and well maintained. Staff went over and beyond to help me with a few issues.

Room was excellent, English Channels, wifi Entrance door lock al the time because the are is unsafe.

We stayed there just overnight to catch our connecting flight back to the states early the next morning. The room was great and they got us back to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. Wonderful people, nice room

Astonishingly beautiful. Was a little off the beaten path but that's really a good thing.
