The room was clean and spacious. But the shower water didn’t get hot and the room was a little humid. This was a convenient place to stay

We had a one night stay here. After checking in, were given our key card and it wouldnt work do it took 3 trips back to reception to sort out. The room itself was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. It felt stuffy though in the night . Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Great service from Theresa who was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if in the area

It was cold. I asked one staff about the cold. One of the staff to came to my room & checked it. air conditions was not working. They could not do anything.

Great location to stay around Manchester

Quite slow service at breakfast clearing and setting tables. Quite slow serving meal at night but they were busy. Bedroom good for the price
