Friendly staff, quiet, breakfast is delicious.

We loved the games in the lobby. Traveling with the family and it was great having a fun place to get together.

I think the room was good for my family of 5 we wasn’t over crowded but my children are under 12 and don’t mind sharing. Now I had to go to front desk because the mobile card wasn’t loading in the app the new guy is nice very helpful I like thee entrance is welcoming and active for kids my only two issues is one the bathroom he really bad rust and depre on the shower and dirty inside at the bottom they was a wet hair on the ac unit but my family cleans before we unpack there was your normal wear an tear on the walls marks here and there but nothing major to impact the room but the cleaning needs to be up !!! My other issue is not a hotel issue I don’t think but I was on floor 3 and could hear the person above us every time they walked not your normal walk but purse heavy to the foot With all I would stay here again just request updated room or extra cleaning

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was good as well, although the toaster didn’t work and they needed to be reminded to refill

the Manager at this was very quietly unhelpful. She did not offer any solution to the issue rather than "I am sorry" statement. Not very helpful at all. The unspoken attitude was very unsettling.

Only real complaint I have is the pillows are terrible. Very flat and over used.

We were in the League City area for my son's baseball tournament and stayed here. It was fine and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but it's not outstanding (but it's also not trying to be). I will say though that it was very clean (kudos for not having carpet!), it was in great condition, and it was well located.

Wish microwave was provided in the room or front entrance area. Also, wish they provided a sitting area on the outside of the building.

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and amenities are great!

Simple but yet the most comfortable and cleanly hotel I have stayed between Houston and Galveston

We stayed here for three nights while in town for a baseball tournament and I’d definitely go back. I like Hilton’s Tru brand as it’s no frills but modern and super clean, and all at a good price. This hotel fits that description and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place was amazing!! The room was so comfortable and clean. The was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I will definitely be back if I am ever traveling through Houston again.

Room was tiny. No desk. Only a small counter with weird chair. No closet. Wall hooks and a rack on the wall with a few hangers. Shower had no soap dish, shelf or anywhere to put shampoo, etc. Breakfast didn’t look good. Tried one bite of sausage and decided to go elsewhere.

The hotel ac system was not working well on top floor. When I got off elevater it was hot and muggy. I got to my room it was just barely cool. I turned the ac down and got ready for the graduation I had to attend. I returned back at 9:30 pm worn out and the room still didnt seem cool. So I got ready and went to bed. At 12:30 am I was still awake cause the room wouldnt cool down. I called down to front desk and was told they would let manager know. I was never offered a compensation for the issue. I felt that was the least they could do. I even left a note on the bed that the ac was not working correctly
