The property of air conditioner is too loud, make you uncomfortable and unable to sleep.

I had a great stay in the hotel. Location is quite centralized and walking distance to the night market. Room is great and clean. The only issue I've is the lack of beverages in the room. I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. Will be good if beverage sachets be provided in the room instead.

The rooms were very clean! Next to the hotel are numerous public paid car parking spots and scooter spots. 10 minutes walk to a local food district and a 10 minute walk to the local Hualien night market.

房間很乾淨，沒有提供早餐，但對面就有早餐店。

門口就是公有停車場，附近採購、用餐…都方便。 房間大小適宜、乾淨。提供洗髮精、沐浴乳、毛巾、吹風機。 可代辦輕航機、沙灘車…

附近好停車，位置很好，到達各個景點可以走路。但以這個價位，沒有每天主動更換毛巾與鋪床以及主動收垃圾，都要額外提出要求。因為我們是連住四天，我覺得要針對長時間住宿旅客主動提供打掃。 住宿空間大 ，但是地板偏髒，小朋友襪子只在市內走不到1個小時走來走去都黑了。

日本語を話せるスタッフもいて、とても快適に過ごせました。

雖然第一天沒入住成功，但後續處理方式，可以接受。

観光名所の近くにホテルがありました。有名朝食屋の近くだったので便利でした。 部屋も清潔でした。

整體而言，這次入住讓人感到快樂，房間的隔音很好，孩子們也都很高興，離東大門夜市也不遠，步行8分鐘就可到，旁邊的自由街就有路邊的停車場，還算方便，真的要挑剔的話，就是每層只有一間家庭房，我們這次是訂兩間家庭房，上下交流有些不便，除外，非常適合入住的飯店。

用餐方便/停車方便/希望當天辦理入住時可以先詢問住客是否要每天上午幫忙打掃,這樣可以讓住客出門一天後回來又是乾淨的房間

在花蓮市中心，交通方便，離夜市很近。酒店非常舒適及乾淨，建議可以試看看。
