Would prefer them not to change towels everyday Reception staff quite grumpy

The hotel is amazing, really great rooms and comfortable. Nice and quiet which is good for a solid night’s sleep! Good location if you like walking - it’s a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and bars but quite far from the centre (but we knew this going and enjoyed all the walking!) The big negative is the taxi company the hotel uses. The taxi driver blatantly fixed the meter in front of us after we asked him to turn it on, and then tried to charge us 3 times more than it should have cost and got aggressive when we challenged him. I messaged the hotel but no response. Don’t book a taxi through them!

The suites are great and very clean a mirror would off been nice in the bedroom though. Staff were friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Love love this place. I go to Romania 2-3 times a year and only stay in this hotel. Is clean , quite and feels u are home because is so much space. Very convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs and you can have breakfast and other meals . staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a safe area in fairly good walking distance to many points of interest. Plus, you have very good restaurants around. Was a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel, especially if you travel with family! Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and all were delicious.

It was truly an apartment hotel. All the amenities of an apartment with a 24 hour front desk and room service available. They also provide coffee and tea which is a plus. The apartment was great and in a great location. I will stay there for all my future trips!

Great stay

Fantastic room, great breakfast, what more can i say, 5 stars

We stayed here our first night in Romania and were made welcome by a nice desk clerk who spoke great English. Our room was on the 6th floor and was much larger than we anticipated (with a separate living room and kitchenette). The room was very quiet and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom didn’t have lots of counter space but was otherwise great with plentiful hot water and pressure and provided wash cloths. We added breakfast at the neighboring restaurant and liked the selections on their buffet which included pastries, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, cereals, coffee and tea.

Short break away with family to visit Therme. Was a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast.

Enjoyable stay in Bucharest, close to centre but away from noise and busy streets. Comfortable, modern and large suite with all the amenities you’d need. Good breakfast choice available. Would stay again.

Property is lovely. It is a bit far from the center. 10 minute to center; 1/2 hour to old town. When inquiring about the old town, the receptionist responded that the area itself was old, which is true as all of Europe is old. However, the walk to the center and old town was not difficult - no hills/up-down.
