A BEAUTIFUL hotel. We stayed as part of a larger tour of Cornwall and our stay here was leaps and bounds above the rest. So many nice touches a arrival treat, hot chocolate and journey home treats!! Staff are wonderful and the room is WONDERFUL!!!!

It was outstanding, the staff go out of their way to make everything just perfect. Hot chocolate, food availability including takeaway. The lovely touch of water and brownie for the journey home. We are so looking forward to going back

Wonderful stay at Padstow Townhouse. Every detail was well planned and thoughtfully executed. Be ready to be pampered.

The decor and attention to detail in the townhouse is superb. Service is pleasant. The little touches are amazing. BUT the room we stayed in was just far too hot. We opened windows, we switched the heating off but to no avail. I lay in bed and heard the church bells for 1,2,3 (slept through 4 o’clock) 5 and six. I slept through 7 too. We stayed in Toffee Apple suite and the bath looks fantastic in the pictures. It looks like it would take 2 people...but a large over flow drain in an area where your back would lean makes it uncomfortable. The overflow should be on the side. A small thing but in a place that is based on making the small things right then not so good. Maybe PTH should get a canvas cushion made to cover round that drain... it would be more comfortable. Get it made in a high end yacht supply company and it will be on point. Breakfast was good, the little touches excellent. It just failed in the overall package.

I loved everything about it. One of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed.

Padstow Townhouse is very special indeed, My wife and I had an outstanding experience here for 2 nights whilst eating at Paul Ainsworth's restaurants all of which were totally outstanding in every aspect!! Customer service is second to none with everything taken care of by a great team of staff! Amazing!!

Fantastic accommodation in the middle of Padstow, including a parking space which is a real bonus in the area. Our room Popcorn was extremely well appointed and airy. It had all the mod cons with a touch of the classic at the same time. And the service from the hotel’s staff deserves nothing but praise, as they are extremely attentive to your every need.

The very pleasant friendly staff, the little extras like bedtime hot chocolate, Cornish pasties and water and brownies left in our car. The style and ambience. Gorgeous breakfast.

The place was spotless and decorated exquisitely modern. The staff were amazing.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever been too. Lucinda and the team couldn’t be more attentive. It’s the little touches that make this hotel great! Would defiantly come back when next this way
