Very kind people

The hotel itself is great. Excellent location and amenities. The problem is the staff. Booked suite with balcony, I arrived and was told it wasn’t available and it could be available days after because the AC was out. That wasn’t really the problem. The problem was the attitude of the gentleman working that night at the front desk. He was extremely rude and condescending.

Hotel bonito en Villahermosa. Mejor que otros donde me he quedado. Regresaría si el precio es conveniente.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The rooms are very nice and clean. The free breakfast is good and helps offset the room rates which was approximately $50 US more per night than the property in Puebla.

Be aware, there is major road construction and the road leading into the property is closed! If you miss the turn, which is the entrance to Crown Plaza, you will need to reroute which took us about 30 minutes with all of the traffic. Arrived after an 8 hour drive at 3:30 pm and our room wasn’t ready; had to wait for over 40 minutes and the room with the single queen bed was not available, so we had to accept one with 2 beds.

Best hotel in Villahermosa. We loved it!!!

Muy recomendado este hotel en Villahermosa, tiene buen mantenimiento y todo muy limpio. Además que el hecho de tener refrigerador, cocina y utensilios es un plus que no tiene otro hotel en la ciudad.

Very good for the price

Pet-friendly property with small artificial turf area in the back for pet relief. Conveniently located close to the highway, this was the perfect overnight stop on our way from CDMX to Merida. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. There are also some great restaurants right outside the hotel entrance that occupy the lower floor of the building and face the parking lot. We'll be staying again when we travel through Villahermosa.

The staff is really supper friendly and make you fill vary welcome.

The hotel was excellent. Hot breakfast is available daily. There is an elevator however the hotel access card doesn’t open the door from the parking garage. There are great restaurants a short drive nearby.

The hotel and location very well, the staff at the front desk was a very nasty people really terrible.
