This is my second time staying here while on vacation. I was a little nervous as I am from Canada and I don't speak any Portuguese. Igor at the front desk was amazing. He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the wifi. I will be coming back to Brazil in 3 months for my son's wedding and will definitely be staying here again.

O hotel é bem localizado, a equipe é atenciosa e educada, com quartos pequenos, mas suficientes para o conforto do hospede. Contudo, o café da manhã é muito fraco, com pouquíssimas variedades. Entendo que eles tem de melhorar muito neste tópico. No restante, atendeu as expectativas.

This hotel is brand new, so new in fact, that parts are unfinished and still under construction! Staff tried their best and were friendly and enthusiastic (especially kitchen staff at breakfast), but the hotel itself was a mess. From very poor workmanship in the recently built rooms - who wants uneven flooring in their room? And an ill-thought-out room layout means there's no where sensible to hang a towel in the bathroom. For a new hotel, there's absolutely no excuse for not enough plug sockets near the bed to charge your phone + watch! On top of this, one of the lifts was not working, and there was an awful smell of construction dust in the corridors. Next time I'll try somewhere else in Itaúna.

Apartamento não atendeu minha expectativa, o Wi-Fi não funcionou, o hotel é longe das opções de refeições e o hotel não ofereceu opções de refeições.

Foi muito tranquila, hotel novo com boas acomodações. Café da manhã perfeito.

tive problemas com a internet e a limpeza , tive que mudar de quarto. ai td ok.
