We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting relatives in Ascoli and I only have good things to say. The place was tastefully decorated, super clean, and very close to downtown by car. Belinda gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and was there for any questions we had. She even did our laundry! Breakfast in the morning was great as well. Coffee was amazing. Pool is also super nice with a great view of the mountains. 110% recommend! ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing property! Beautifully nested on the hills nearby Ascoli. Well cared for, no detail forgotten. Rooms super clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, perfect to chill out during the day (and night too!). Our only regret was that we didn’t stay long enough! We will definitely go back! Thanks Belinda and family for making our holiday ao special!

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from Ascoli Piceno. Spacious room with everything you need. A special thanks to Belinda, very kind and always available. She recommended many places to visit and eat. By the way, the breakfast they serve is very good and varied. Thanks to Silvia, who served me breakfast, also very kind and helpful. Excellent place if you want to be surrounded by nature, reach and admire Ascoli Piceno and other medieval villages, or spend a day at the beach, about an hour away. 👍🏻

Thank you, Belinda and Dario. An enchanting location in the hills of Ascoli Piceno, surrounded by the family's olive trees. The property is tastefully designed down to the smallest detail, using quality materials (the flooring in the living room of the great hall deserves special mention). The pool is small and appropriate for the setting. The garden is well-kept and pleasant. The parking lot has a solar-powered shelter for charging electric cars. We asked to use their barbecue, and they helped us like friends, which was not to be taken for granted. Belinda and Dario are two professionals in their respective fields, who have created this formula of true hospitality, elegance, and cleanliness, surrounded by the greenery and silence of the hills.
