The nearest parking is 8 minutes away. You can drag your bag from the parking lot, or park illegally and hurry in and check in and hope the police have overlooked where you parked. You cannot control the AC from your room, you have to ask (I asked twice) the front desk adjust it.

It's an ok staying for a couple of days (the breakfast was absolutely excellent), but I would not stay long. Our room was ridiculously small, the air conditioning was not working and the shower door falling apart. I'm native from Vicenza but live abroad, so I got a room here because I needed to be in the city for a couple of days, but I think the rooms are just too small and realistically the parking is expensive in the center, so if you are planning on staying longer and use it as a Base, I would go further out... The staff was lovely though and really accommodating, although they are not always onsite

Very clean and unbelievably affordable for the location. Rooms are a bit small but that’s ok. Great location, right in the middle of it all. Friendly staff and very helpful.

What a great location…right on the Main Street through the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous shower room. Breakfast was a varied buffet and the breakfast room was bright and airy.

Great location, attention to detail, distant parking to drive, but close to walk, yet we were able to park in front of the building to unpack, same at departure. Friendly staff.

The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare.

Great location. Clean and updated facilities. Was able to provide us with umbrellas in the rain. However the heat was on blast in our room and we had to ask multiple times to turn things off with no avail. Also not staff on site 24 hours.

Breakfast was excellent. First room had a leaking ceiling and the smell was unbearable. The second room had also a leak but no smell. Staff were helpful and very kind.

Located in the heart of Vicenza, there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The reception desk is not staffed, so getting assistance was difficult. The walls are thin, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely newly renovated hotel in the centre of Vicenza. Lovely lady greeted us when we arrived early to leave our luggage. She was lovely and very helpful as were other staff. Nice buffet breakfast.

Beautiful accommodations in the heart of Vicenza. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shopping and restaurants within a minute walk of the hotel. Superb stay.

Lovely hotel! The girl at the reception was well-prepared, nice and friendly. Location couldn’t be any better, in the city centre, close to piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. Rich breakfast with plenty of options, we really enjoyed our stay there.
