This is a low-cost business hotel. I made the reservation less than two weeks before my stay, and even though hotel prices are rising in tourist areas, I was able to stay in a double room facing the tramway in Hakodate City on the first day of Golden Week for around 14,000 yen per person. The location is far from Goryokaku and Mount Hakodate, but I went there by car, so it wasn't a problem. The building is not new, but it doesn't feel too old either. The room was not large, but it was clean. The plan included breakfast, but I didn't have it because the time didn't suit me. Considering the location, season, and price, I think it was quite good value for money. However, there are several parking lots around the hotel, but it was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of, except for a few on the hotel grounds, but this is within the range that can be avoided considering the low cost.
