Good value for money but tired in places. On booking in receptionist was not very welcoming and it was if we were interrupting her work.

The location is perfect. The staff are really friendly but my only problem was how dirty the hotel room was. There was other peoples hair everywhere, in the bathroom, on the towels, on the bed sheets. The bathroom bin was so rusty and dirty. No bags provided for the bin. So i was charged because sauce dripped on the carpet. No one woke us up for breakfast, so we didnt eat anything

The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive to customers needs. My room was very clean and next day maintenence was very good as well.

Service and staff are very friendly. Rooms are good size. Cons: Cleaning could be better, cigarette ash next to the window when I checked in and never cleaned through my three night stay. Also air conditioned but it makes a loud noise occasionally.

Easy check-in, clean and tidy room with plenty of beverage options. Great bar area but only just made the dining time of last orders 19.30.

Excellent service, only spent one night but will consider stopping here again when o return to port talbot

i don’t even know what to say about this but it was shocking i actually left 15 minutes after checking in and one room change

Happy with my stay

I booked a twin room. We were given a double initially and had to return to reception to get it changed. We were then given a disabled room wjich had a double and single bed and was more spacious than expected. Breakfast was good on the Monday with fruit and pastry options as well as cooked breakfast made to order. No fruit or pastries available the next day.

Nice stay. Room comfortable and ensuite good with hot and high pressure shower. Breakfast tasty. Would book again. Some areas could do with an extra clean but didn't expect a 5* hotel given the price!
