Great place, super friendly staff and great location

Did a little staycation at the JW Marriott and it was splendid, we got upgraded which was a cherry on top for us. The staff was fantastic as well as the atmosphere, food and rooms were right on par with other luxury hotels I have stayed at but that is to be expected at $500.00 + per night. Pool was clean and private but small. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, all and all I would stay again.

The staff was so amazing, we booked our wrong date and they gave us free cancellation, as well as let us to rebook for the correct night. With an upgraded stay. The facilities is clean, gorgeous and everything is just so clean. Definitely recommend doing the valet parking. Will be staying there all the time now

Staff didn’t get back to me after I reached out about getting private transfer. Towels are old and grey looking. Need cleaner and fluffier new towels. Bathroom is quite small.

It is the place to stay in Edmonton. Great gym and a steak house in the lobby, they cook the streaks over wood fired flames. Eat at the bar to watch it happen.
