On arrival we were welcomed by Mark, and offered coffee or tea with biscuits which was a lovely touch after a long journey, room lived up to expectations, breakfast was of a high standard, Mark and Sue were very good host and very informative, throughly enjoyed are stay

Perfect in every way. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Accommodation was outstanding and very comfortable. Breakfast second to non. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed cold cotes, Sue and Mark are excellent host and the location is really nice. You are in the country but close enough to a Harrogate that you don't teel to far from the city. The closeness to the Dales was a great draw for me and I spent the day exploring easily from this property.

We had a lovely stay.The hosts were wonderful, the room very comfortable. We would definitely recommend to our friends.
