Wonderful accommodation for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and prime location very close to St Kilda’s and St Clair’s beaches. Excellent everything :)

An older style motel but clean and had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff too. Great value!

Stayed july 1-4 2025. The room had a kitchen with full appliances, cutlery, microwave, plates and other stuff. Clean room. The toliet and shower are ok and clean. The only suggestion we have is to update the taps to a single mixer type. I dont understand why the property still have separate hot and cold water taps. Other than this, a good budget friendly motel.

The management were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable for the short stay. Theres a take away shop across the road that was recommended by the management and i can confirm they were also good.

Absolutely loved our stay with Peter and Helen aka Pa and ma. What amazing friendly hosts and a lovely affordable room. Great in room amenities and accommodating staff. Amazing area with great potential (bbq area and gardens) overall would give ma and pa 10 stars! Close to beach and shop, fast food just down the road. It's a must stay on the Dunedin list!

Awesome staff. We had 2 adults 6 kids, 3 bedroom villa was definitely a score. The price and then the beds were the highlight. Ke were able to fit around the table for meals and even game night. Plenty room for time out and close to everything.

So comfortable and warm. We loved our short stay. After alot of travelling, this place had a great amount of space, we delt relaxed and it was warm. Loved it thank you.
