Place was ok for one night to catch our train next day.

Place is very central. You can walk to main square in 15 mins. It is really close to metro station which is very handy

When we arrived at electrico cab driver warned us to be aware of pickpocketers.My first impression of the area was questionable. We walked around the area and immediately loved the location of this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean bathroom very clean. I really lovedy last night stay in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here if I returned to Lisbon excellent value.

Efficient and clean

Durante el apagón los clientes no recibieron orientación y el hotel no contaba con linternas, solo velas lo cual puede ser peligroso provocando un fuego. No había luces de emergencia

The stay was good in general terms. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and in good conditions. The only point I think needs improvement is the entrance to the building. I think may be is shared with other hotels or apartment owners. Sometimes the entrance has an unpleasant odor.

The room was perfect for what I needed I visited during the nationwide power cut in Portugal and staff were very kind and helpful. I was quite stressed when I arrived so it was very appreciated

The room was clean and the personal great. However, the area does not feel safe and carrying lugage under the stairs was hard.

La struttura si trova al primo piano di un palazzo con l’ingresso non troppo accogliente,ma una volta varcata la porta dell’hotel tutto cambia,pulizia,spazio della camera,confort e gentilezza della receptionist ci hanno fatto stare benissimo

We enjoyed our stay! The location was very convenient to the Metro Station (Green Line-Intendente stop). There are good restaurants in the area. The room was very clean, and the staff was great! We would stay here again!

The guest house was clean, cute and staff are nice and helpfull. The only downside of the property is the location and they don’t owned the whole building. On top of our room was noisy. We can hear heavy footsteps like galloping horses. I hope the management should talk to the people living upstairs.

I was so relieved to check out and leave.

A estadia foi muito boa so que o hotel e dentro de um edificio mas facil acesso. Fomos muito bem recebido gostei bastante facil acesso metro e comboio bem localizado.

The staff was amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested in the guest's needs and background. The in house inventory of drinks were great and extremely affordable. I bought a nice bottle of porte wine for 6 euros! Air conditioning and heating is near new. Shares bath was super clean and just across the hall. Location is walking distance to the best of Lisbon. Will stay there again for sure.

-Don't base your selection on the Expedia pictures. -Your first impression may be disappointing. -The building exterior and the neighborhood are neglected, full of graffiti and trash in the corners. -Inside the premises the staff is friendly and helpful

The property is overall a good deal for the price. The only issue is a lack of sound isolation. The room door has no isolation, meaning that every voice or step from the corridors can be heard. Moreover, in the room above mine, the guest's bed would make very loud noise which could be heart in my room.
