The room is big but lots of mosquitos.

I love the room especially the bed. I almost don't want to get up as it was so comfy. The free breakfast may be limited to either western or filipino style but they provide choices of how you want your breakfast of choice be. The staff were also so nice and helpful.

1. Housekeeping did not even clean the room in 3 nights (19-22 June) stay. 2. Informed front desk for the room make up, acknowledged but no cleaning been done. 3. Restaurant staffs all sit around and not attentive. 4. Room service staff (guy, forgot to get the name) from restaurant is the best staff among all.

It’s our 3rd time staying at The Madeleine. It’s our go to hotel in Davao, great service as always 😊 The room is toddler friendly 👌

Rooms were very nice. Also the rooftop bar was great.

Rooms are spacious and with complete amenities, the beds and pillows are superb. The only thing I didn't like is the set breakfast, it was plain and cold. The staff in the restaurant are very unwelcoming.
