Overall, we had a good stay. The location is great—there are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby, mostly seafood options, and the beach is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also booked a 60-minute couples massage for $90, and the two massage therapists were amazing. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The room itself was a bit small, and some of the furniture, such as the dressers/vanities, showed wear and tear with chipped or damaged areas. The bathroom appeared to be somewhat updated, and the shower was very nice. However, we did notice some stains on the blanket, which was disappointing. Overall, the excellent staff, convenient location, and spa experience made for a pleasant stay, but the rooms could use some maintenance and attention to cleanliness

Our room was dirty there was random hairs on the bed sheets and what looked like pee stains on our sheets. The staff was very nice but the cleaning ladies seemed irritated by us which is odd.

It's a beautiful hotel i recommend to get the upgrade 4th floor with the ocean view shower fits more than one person big TV comfortable big bed great parking on site staff is normal not too much just right restaurant on site beach right there can see the border and people partying there is drinking allowed on the boardwalk near the border I felt safe with the date I brought I traveled there from anaheim California made reservations on Expedia everything was great

Clean nice and friendly

I usually have a great day, but this time it was different. The front desk receptionist didn’t speak English, so it’s very hard to communicate. There was constant harassment from the front desk every morning to see if I was going to continue to stay. It made the stay very awkward. They were never like this before.
