A nice, simple functional stay.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my one night staying here. The room claimed to be set at 19C, with air-conditioning as an option to make it even cooler. However, the room stayed around 24C overnight and the coolest the AC would go was 22C with barely any power. In order to get any airflow I had to keep the window wide open and the lack of shade / bug net on the window meant that it was exposed to the elements and insects (on top of the mosquitoes that were already in the room when I checked in). I asked reception to fix it, which didn't do anything, and they couldn't even provide a small fan to help. On top of that, since the hotel was fully booked, there were no alternative rooms to move into and they didn't seem fussed that the room was way too hot to sleep in.

No air conditioning, mosquitos in the room, my bed was in the wall (as a murphy bed) and hadn't been made, and my shampoo and soap were empty

A nice new hotel with large fresh studios in a quiet area with good connection to Massy and Paris.

The rooms were a good size and well equipped with enough items to enable simple meals to be prepared. An oven wouldn't have gone a miss and the location is not ideal unless you have a car

This is a new hotel in an area that is very much under construction. This means, there is very little around, except one very nice bakery and a goof grocery store, some dormitory for college students. But the most disappointing part for us was that from the beginning, it was very clear that the staff were either overwhelmed/busy or not trained well. They were late to prepare the room for checkin, the rooms are tiny, and not at all like what you see on the pictures online (the images shown under the rooms are actually pictures of the lobby). There was very little information given to customers and every question illicited, a ‘you should know the answer’ kind of response. They don’t regularly clean the rooms or at least restock supplies for you to do your own cleaning. It is a an ordeal to get soap, towels, or anything you need for the room. The breakfast was disappointing for 9 euros, do yourself a favor, go around the corner to the nice bakery for a much better experience.

Modern hotel, convenient on the Saclay plateau close to Polytechnique. Room is new, spacious and bathroom nice. The lobby breakfast area nicely decorated. Sticky floor at breakfast and produce not refilled straight away , so some room for improvement by appropriate staff training for example.

Amazing and Awesome. It has been a great experience. You could not expect anything else. Everything was so perfect and convenient. You must go for it.

Relatively new lodging facility. No room cleaning or change of towels during the 4 night stay. reasonable breakfast from 6 am.

Tres bon hotel, mais même si votre chambre est prete, n'esperez pas y entrer en avance sans vous acquitter de la modique somme de 20euros. Peut etre que le manger du jour devrait etre formé ?

Etablissement très correct pour ce qui concerne l’hébergement : chambres propres, confortables, bien équipées. Mais petit déjeuner mal organisé (2 matins sur les 4 passés à l’hôtel) et insuffisant : pas de mug à café, pas de verre, réappro des aliments au compte-gouttes, visiblement un problème d’efficacité du personnel !

Remboursement impossible malgré avoir payé une assurance et justifié de l’annulation de mon vol à cause des grèves… Des mois plus tard, toujours impossible d’obtenir la facture.
