No internet and or electricity. I went to put the claim but no one cared to show up

It was great apartment clean and nice condition. Don’t take your luggage after checkout is the only thing doesn’t work for me, the rest was nice.

Great location on great road with lots of restaurants bars and shops. Property shows age but still comfy and clean. Very friendly staff offered early check in as room was ready.

I stayed two nite at the Ayres, two to many. Arriving at the place, I didn’t feel « welcomed », the front staff Is a security person, wearing a uniform, no English and cold as ! No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again !

Great rooftop pool! Clean and well-stocked space. Only issues we had was with communicating about check in. Phone number was hard to reach but I guess that’s also because we didn’t have an ARG #. Other than that, things were great.

The location was perfect and surrounded by great food and drinking options. This area is amazingly vegan friendly. It felt safe due to 24 hour security. The service was so so, some people were nicer than others. My room was not cleaned once in a week which wasn't great. The kitchen was nice but it could use a couple more basics like scissors, oil, salt and pepper. It was a bit cold so an extra blanket would've been nice. The safe was a good size but really high, it would be hard to reach if you were short. The linen wasn't in great condition (stains and rips) but seemed clean. The internet was a decent speed, good enough for Zoom calls. I liked the desk area.

Mix of residential and rental apartments. The lobby is rather fancy, but once you get onto the landings where the rooms are - the condition is very poor. Carpets filthy, absolute stench of cooking foods in the many apartments. The room itself is large, but very lived in and worn. Tears in furniture, dated bathrooms, stained walls - it just feels grubby. The little balcony was littered with cigarette ends too. Bedding not nice either.

I didn’t like that the king bed did not have sheets accordingly to it’s size so the sheets were short The pillows were dirty all of them and they need to be replaced or deeply washed As I checked in and entered the room I have observed that the little dining table was dirty The chairs or club chair was dirty with crumbs or food vestiges on top of the cushion The floors Needed some cleaning also the main blinders or darkening curtains were partially broken for unhooked from the rails making imposible to close them perfectly shut Dishes dinner plates were left with food marks or smirks ( not properly washed by housekeeper

The staff was amazing. Great area. Nice pool and exercise room. Very safe and secure. Room was really comfortable and nice.

arrived a day earlier and needed a place to stay for 1 night . booked it because it was near to the other property i booked. the place actually was so much nicer then the other place. big room with cute blacony . everything felt new and clean . checkin in was easy . overall great place

Nice large apartments, friendly and helpful desk staff and apartment managers. Not a hotel but works well as there are always security on reception to assist getting in. We had 7 apartments for our group one or two apartments needed bathrooms updating getting a bit shabby, but they worked OK. Could do with a few more pans plates glasses etc . Most of the balconies are not usable as the design of the building means they only allow the door to open out you cant really sit out there . Please check the telephone number for Palermo apartments provided by hotel.com it was in correct when we arrived which caused a problem in arranging access prior to arrival. Good location for Eco park/zoo, parks gardens,etc, ideal for Palermo and Soho night life and restaurants.

Buena ubicación, buenos restaurantes en la zona, fácil transporte a los lugares de interés pero las habitaciones tienen muchas carencias en cortinas, juegos de cama y toallas de bano.

the place itself is nice.It used to be a hotel now every room is privately owned managed by different companies. This in particular have some young ladies who don't care much about service. I sent them messages throughout my stay and they got barely answered. No one welcomed me the day of the check in...the night guard just handed me the key and off I went. I've seen other companies touring the guest the day they checked in. Customer service needs some improvements
