Great location and close to Tram, City Centre and Restaurants. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good variety for Breakfast. Air Conditioning worked well. Would stay again.

Can't be a better location for those that are looking to explore Bordeaux. Hotel is very clean and reception personnel very courteous and helpful. One more thing, heard that some hotels around same area have no A/C like Normandie, which in hot summer days is a big inconvenience.

Great central location right next a main tram station, which surprisingly wasn't very noisy. Good quality and variety in the breakfast selections. Our room was spacious, but had weird tripping-hazard steps to the terrace next to the bed. The terrace had a nice view when standing up, but it had us looking at a blank, solid wall when sitting down, as the "railing" was not see-through.

We stayed for one night. We were very pleased with the staff at the reception desk who were very helpful. This hotel was very nice and location is great!!

The hotel was on the periphery of the old town centre and was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the tram hub was just across the road which means the entire surrounding area is easily accessible. We stayed here in 2023 for RWC France and returned this year for the Bordeaux Sevens. We hope to return next year. The room we had was well appointed and maintained and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful and if there was a question they could not answer then the Tourist Office is directly across the road. We'll definitely go back.

Much smaller Hotel than I was expecting from the photos but perfect location and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Extra large room (comfort double), very well maintained for its age, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Only downside would be the noise from the tram line nearby but they don’t seem to operate late in the night or too early in the morning.

Great location 2 blocks from the center of the city. Safe area, very walkable. Good breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, good air conditioning.
