While checking in, the room was made but the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty black. While upon asking the receptionist, they did changed to new bedsheets. It was a horrible experience overall. Please avoid to stay.

A lovely little hitel a bit of the main road so no noise. Very comfortable rooms and good water temperature at all times. Good breakfast choices. Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house. Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful. Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps. Great place to stay in Varanasi!

Free airport shuttle (as described in Expedia) is not correct. They ask for 1000 rupees per vehicle one-way. Bathroom and towels were not so good. Staff and services were good . In-house restaurant food was good . Communication response from hotel were always prompt. Overall the price is little high.
