Had a great time. Not too far from the beach, but there is a hotel bus for transfer. We didn't take the hotel bus, instead took a taxi. Not much night life close to the hotel itself, but the strip wasn't too far by taxi 5 mins. Hotel is eco friendly. Elevator 1 E could do with some maintenance as it was bit noisy. Hotel was very busy with families with children. Had a great time. Lots to do with the kids, pool water slides, day and night entertainment also rooftop bar available.

All inclusive with water slides and a kids water play structure. Great for the kids.

Perfect start to a vacation after a long day of travel

The all inclusive package this hotel offers made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Felt like I was fed like a king for the 4 nights I was there with buffets provided around the clock. There were activities to keep everyone entertained.

Really good facilities for kids, the variety of pools with splash zone, kids pools, and slides were great. Comfortable rooms that are very spacious. Food in the buffet restaurant was ample and varied, with lots to choose from, albeit not my favourite part of the trip - the a la carte restaurants however were very food.

Selection and temperature of food not good. Not a 5 star propery. 3 at best. Very clean

Lovely hotel for families. The staff take pride in their hotel, ALL staff were extremely friendly We would definitely go back again.

Overall stay was very positive, lots of daily activities for kids to do and enjoy. Only minor negative was the food, it was almost same breakfast everyday with no variety. Lunch and dinner had bit more variety but in all i would rate the food average.

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. We both had excellent massages and used the spa area which was decent. Had a really memorable stay, our 2year old loved it and we have booked to go back in September this year

Pros: Fantastic for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained. Great pools with enough space and loungers available (visited in late September). The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our child's food intolerances. The massage was excellent, and the staff were generally very helpful throughout the hotel. Cons: We stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, but the view from room 304 was disappointing. The rooms don't appear to be 5-star quality— the shower head and area need replacing, and parts of the cupboard were broken. The interior was very basic and uninteresting. Overall, the room didn’t feel clean or fresh when we first arrived, and the bathroom had a foul smell throughout our stay. The food was boring and lacked the variety we expect from a 5-star hotel. We didn’t try the two restaurants, which, to be honest, we kind of forgot about because they weren’t well advertised. They felt hidden in an inaccessible part of the hotel, even though they weren’t. It would have been nice if they had promoted them more during our stay.

If you have children and want to have the best holiday experience, Jupiter Albufeira hotel will not disappoint you. The activities here are endless, especially the swimming activity and waterslides. Kids will have hours of fun. The foods here are delicious! You’ll be spoiled by choice everyday. Usually buffet foods can be ‘average’, but not here. Freshly cooked and is constantly topped up. The staffs are all wonderful! Both friendly and professional. I have been to many big brand 5 stars hotel. Not many has given me this unforgettable memory. Jupiter Albufeira hotel is now one of our favourite hotel now, and we will be planning a return very soon. Thank you Jupiter Albufeira hotel! :)

This hotel is tailor made for families as advertised and is good in most areas however I did notice a potential problem with the room balcony. Obviously parental responsibility should be paramount at all times but feel that the air conditioning unit situated on the balcony would give a small child access to climb on it and breach the safety rail. It is possible that a chair on the balcony can be used.to do this. We were on the 8th floor but noticed all rooms have these units. If the hotel doesn't know about this they should. An fatal accident waiting to happen.

Excellent for a family holiday

From the moment you arrive at The Jupiter, you can sense the prestige.
