Room was spacious, access to pool was great. Location was awesome.

Rooms were very clean. I loved the view from the High Level. Only criticism is that the window and doors have to be closed all of the time, because of the noise from the Tram and Traffic. As such, I didn't have fresh air to sleep at night, and I don't like air conditioning on when I sleep. Other than that, they are really lovely Apartments and I loved the spacious Balcony. The facilities are excellent and it is very close to the Shops, which is a bonus.

Fantastic place to stay, the view is incredible, very close to restaurants and bars and the beach. The only negative comment I have is the apartment was not very clean at all when we checked in.

Ocean view 2 bedroom apartment on level 8. Great view of the ocean from the living area and master bedroom. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for a 5 night stay. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa each day. Location was great; short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and Woolworths supermarket. Could be equipped with a few more extras like a larger chopping board and decent sharp knife. Beds only had a light blanket which was ok as it was warm during our stay but others might find minimal. Like others have said, carparks are quite narrow for large vehicles.

Parking was good. Apartment needs maintenance ( stained carpet and couch, also couch needs repairs) Qube though is fantastic

Great location -The Gold Coast is the traditional land of the Yugambeh people, who are the custodians of this area. This Indigenous group has a rich history stretching back tens of thousands of years, so we felt it important to learn about the significance of many areas close to where we stayed as we spent time at beautiful Kurrawa beach, renowned restaurants and malls. No need for rental car as everything easily accessed by tram and bus. We had amazing views from all rooms. Kitchen and laundry had everything we possibly needed for an unforgettable 7 night holiday. Nice location

Qube Broadbeach was a great spot to stay — clean, convenient, and close to everything. The standout was the receptionist, who was super helpful with local recommendations and made settling in easy. It’s a good base if you want something straightforward and well-located without any fuss.

We have mixed views on our stay. Although the facilities are nice our room was not in a good position in the building. The kitchen was also not well equipped - Cracked dessert bowls, chipped coffee cups, no bbq tongs, no vegetable knife, & no kitchen scissors. The pool area did not get any sun after 1pm and unfortunately was closed for 2 days of our stay which we were not advised about (it’s not that hard to put this on the website and advise potential guests of maintenance). Our partial ocean view room was looking into another building and our deck had very little sun. The receptionist was less than welcoming especially when we mentioned the very noisy air conditioning unit in the apartment bedroom. We travel regularly and feel that this is one place we perhaps would not return too. Maybe if we had a better room with a more desirable outlook that was better positioned for the sun, we would reconsider.

We recently stayed at The Qube for a week and overall had a great experience. The sea view from our apartment was absolutely amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to the supermarket, tram stop, and everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, which was a big plus for us. A few things could definitely be improved though. It would be great if the apartment came with a few more basic amenities like toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, and usable pots and pans — ours were quite scratched. When you’re staying for a week, those little touches make a big difference. The lifts were also quite slow, and the front desk staff did the bare minimum — they weren’t rude, but they didn’t go out of their way to help either. All in all, a good stay with a fantastic view and location, but a few simple improvements would make it an excellent experience.

Disappointing stay despite great facilities We stayed at Qube Hotel Broadbeach for six nights and, unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by how unfriendly the residents and some staff were. It seems this property is shared with long-term residents who clearly resent tourists — we were met with glares, rude comments, and even got yelled at for parking in a spot we were told was fine to use. The front desk staff weren’t much better — unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. It’s a real shame because the facilities themselves are excellent. The pool, courtyard, and sauna areas are well maintained, the gym is spotless and fully equipped, and the apartment was clean with a great kitchen and laundry setup. Overall, the amenities are fantastic, but the atmosphere created by the residents and staff made it a very unpleasant experience. We wouldn’t stay here again.
