The staff were welcoming and accommodating when I arrived and valet service was reliable. Carpets greatly stained (huge bleach stains), issues with housekeeping not coming (room wasn’t cleaned even once during my stay despite multiple follow ups with staff), no follow up was provided when they said they would speak to the manager about it, the food from the restaurant (pizza) was very expensive, took over an hour to arrive, and was awful quality, almost inedible. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t bother complaining because my other issues were ignored so I figured there would be no point. Hotel was in a nice location and was very secure at night. I excellent! Exceeded expectations esp for the reasonable price point and the gym/spa nearby is amazing! Staff was extremely friendly, very clean rooms and delicious coffee. What more do you need!

We had such a lovely time at this hotel and the staff were wonderful. They heard it was my husbands birthday and gave him a little present, it was so thoughtful and very sweet. They clearly do everything they can to take care of their guests like calling a restaurant to notify them we would be late. Just above and beyond and we will stay there again!

Staff was excellent. Rooms were beautiful! Super clean, except we noticed an old chocolate wrapper under the bed. Otherwise, no complaints!
