Great stay and location! Would highly recommend and look forward to future stays!

Lovely boutique hotel, central location near public transit and popular tourist areas. Staff were wonderful - breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Really friendly staff who were always pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Was mostly quiet but the A/C made a bit of noise that was easy to shut out if you just closed the bathroom door. Breakfast was not good, essentially paying 15$ for continental breakfast. Luckily, we only did it one day. Montreal has tons of good food, so find somewhere else to eat and this is a great place to stay. Also, very close to Sherbrooke Metra stop and there are several bixi stations close by so easy to get from hotel to anywhere.

L'hotel est vraiment excellent, le personnel également. La seule chose qui nous a déplu c'est le stationnement/valet parking car nous avions une auto qui tombe dans la catégorie de "souvent volé" à Montréal. L'hotel ne voulait pas qu'on stationne dans leur stationnement, trop risqué il semble. Donc, il fallait trouver un stationnement intérieur ailleurs.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible stains on the carpets, walls, and curtains, and every surface was covered in dust. The photos online did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. Due to the cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay overnight. We requested a refund, but the owner was unwilling to accommodate our concerns. Overall, the property was not as advertised, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.

The stay was good overall, and this was my second time staying here. I come to Montréal for work about three times a year, and I would love to keep staying at this hotel. That said, the bed was terrible. It felt like sleeping on the floor, and it really affected the comfort of the stay. Everything else was great — the location, service, and overall experience — but the mattress needs to be improved. I would happily return, but only if the beds are changed or upgraded.

Beautiful hotel, very well situated. Great breakfast and staff they were very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great team and space

Service was the thing that stood out the most. The staff was incredible, kind and professional. Shoutout to Christian, Denzel and the morning gentleman (did not get his name but very tall). Location was good. The buffet breakfast was good. Chocolates and a personalized card on the bed. They even let us leave our bags with them after checkout because we were not leaving Montreal until much later in the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge room, bathroom was also large, but wish it had more counter space in the washroom.

Simply put, a beautiful gem of a space. The associated fitness facility is top tier as well. Of particular note, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and personable. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great lattes in the morning. Super comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. And the use of the Espace Thomas Spa was a nice plus...great sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tubs.
