Friendly staff - clean room.

I booked a hotel for my teacher to stay for 1 night before going to Cat Ba the next morning. She and I checked in at the hotel quite late. The road was wide but a bit bad because there were still many places under construction around, the rooms had enough amenities and were not noisy although it was relatively close to the main road. Because we arrived at the hotel late, we did not have much contact with the staff.

With that price is not worth to pay. The room is super small & smelly (smoking smell). The staff is not observant.
