This was an easy stay - check in was simple and hotel was nice. Nice pool and gym. Coffee machine wasn't working so no coffee in the am - that was the only issue!

poor room design. paid for rm for 2 and had no room for secnd chair. 2nd person had to sit on bed. bed frame sticks out so far your knee hits it going from door to window or bathroom. will not stay at a truhilton again

The staff were so helpful and polite! Located in the middle of shopping and eating areas. Great stay.

Rooms need microwave

Having a Microwave in rooms will be highly helpful to make one’s stay a perfect one.

We we only over night. Good breakfast included and staff was very respectful and responsive.

Check in staff was not accommodating. Irritated when asked with questions. TV not working and when help was asked, staff was irritated saying "I am not maintenance", and never bothered to help. Bathroom doesn't have shower curtains, so all water were splashing on the floor when we took shower.

The room was too small . Not even had a microwave.

Bathroom sink low water pressure Bathroom tub, clogged, shower backs up window curtain doesn't go all the way up walls are very thin, was woken up in middle of night from loud children in next room over two nights Only 1 elevator works RM422

No coffee pot in room - no closet - not many channels on tv - room was small - breakfast was terrible - shouldn't put stuff in eggs not everyone like onions and bell peppers - put it on the side

The room was really small. It was not as clean as we would have liked and the air conditioner sweated all over the floor. Besides breakfast, no other food served and no bar. The bed was hard as a rock and the linens were rough.

Happy with room and quite surroundings.
