This B&B is in a quiet neighborhood for a quiet night’s sleep. We reserved the bedroom with its own bath (the others use a shared bath). Hosts were very friendly. Huge surprise was the breakfast! Hosts are good chefs and bakers, so there was an incredible spread of fruits and baked goods awaiting for us when we came down (see photo). The scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes arrived shortly after. Hosts wanted to ensure we had a nice full breakfast before hitting the road.

Great stay and wonderful innkeepers!

We had a great stay at a unique Bed and Breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the owners were friendly and engaging. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful from the lovely location, to interesting collection-filled home, great walkable dinner suggestion and amazing choice-filled breakfast. The hosts were warm, welcoming and delightfully full of stories.

Our stay was certainly a unique experience. The gardens are absolutely lovely. The home is like stepping into a living museum. The owners were very accommodating in every aspect and easy to visit with. The room we had included a very modern and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was an amazing spread including homemade jams and relishes. We would definitely go back to The Coach House.

I stayed for 9 nights for work, and the boys were wonderful hosts. Beautiful breakfast every morning, and lovely to chat with! Would definitely stay again!

Everything is beautiful, artistic and clean. The owners go above and beyond, particularly with breakfast. The spread is amazing. Bed was comfortable (I've tried two rooms so far). Everything I needed was provided, and more!

When we inquired about check-in, we didn’t receive a response from the property owner. Upon arrival, had to call and the owner was present and met us at the door accompanied by a dog. There was not mention of a dog in the property description. Due to allergies, we were unable to stay, however the owner refused to refund. After 3 calls to Hotels.com (booking company of record) we were only able to receive a credit. This process should not have been so arduous; proper description of the property would have avoided the conflict all together. Completely disgusted with the ability of the owner to deny the refund, with the failure to mention the animal on premises; his failure became my headache, and ultimately his win.

Oh my goodness this was one of the most fun B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The decorations are unreal and such fun. The bathroom bathtub was divine. Breakfast the next morning could have fed an army. Highly recommend The Coach House as a fantastic stay.

My stay was like a visit with old friends. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating, and the historic house was intriguing. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was sumptuous. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Spotless, yes, and full of interesting chotchkes. Very charming and helpful hosts in a well-maintained period house.

Staying at The Coach House is an experience you will never duplicate. Hosts Fred and Bert have turned their house into a living museum. Every square inch of walls, floors and tables are covered with art and sculpture (especially of French bulldogs). Fred and Bert make you feel like you are a long lost friend staying at their house. The 3 French bulldogs complete the welcome package.

This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the decor is fantastic. The hosts are lovely. If anything I would suggest the coach house for multiple day stays, or at least for days you can sleep in and enjoy breakfast. It was sad to have to leave early before breakfast for a work engagement.
