A rare misfire for this property, one I at which I stay at least three times a year. Checked in and was placed in a room that had not been cleaned. Front desk staff resolved this promptly, so I’m only knocking off one star for the fact that it happened in the first place. Otherwise, this was a typically superb and trouble-free stay at Residence Inn Lancaster.

The room, especially the bathroom, smells clean.

Front desk staff is amazing. So was the room but Could have been 10% cleaner. Breakfast during the week ends early, 9am & ran out of waffles at 830. Great location. Will stay here again. Thank you!

It was very clean. Customer Service was excellent. Great breakfast daily. Could take my motorized scooter in to charge it in our room.

Hoyle is in an excellent location. Room was spacious, clean and would highly recommend.

We stayed in a suite. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything in the room that we needed. Room was up to date and very spacious. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone.

We love this property. Situated on a small hill top, it overlooks surrounding area. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fire pit. Wegmans is nearby. Dutch Wonderland and Amish country are all closeby.

Great location, fantastic views. Spacious. The gentleman who greeted us at check in on Sunday was amazing. The ladies at the desk on tues and wed. were tethered to their phones and allowed the luggage carts. we fixed it after seeing no action for a few hours (they were on the cell phone the whole time) Only one elevator was working. great place to stay. most of the employees are friendly
