This is a tough review. A beautiful apartment that is recently renovated with all the features including a complete kitchen. An amazing location right on the Praça da Figueira - a major square in downtown Lisbon that is the main stop of the trams as well as the tour buses. BUT it is right over the Rossio metro station so the trains rumble the building every time they arrive or leave. And it REALLY rumbles. We were so jet-lagged it didn't matter - but if you're a light sleeper, this would be a real problem.

立地が最高でした！ 部屋自体はとても広く、清潔にされていて特に不満は感じませんでした。 部屋の鍵は、当日、担当の方が手渡ししに来てくれます。 何時に受け渡しができるか、担当の方のお名前や連絡先など、事前にメールでやり取りできるので安心です。 シングルベッド２台とありましたが、実際は２台がくっついており、掛布団はキングサイズが１枚でした。 窓から隣の建物が丸見えですので、夜は開けられません。 すぐ目の前を、車、バス、トラムが走っており、朝６時～深夜１時くらいまで建物が軽く揺れるくらいの振動が来ます。 私たちはあまり神経質ではなかったのと、日中はほぼ外にいたので気になりませんでした。お部屋で長く過ごす方は気になると思います。 キッチンはあらゆるものが揃っています。（食器はもちろん、無料のコーヒーも） 最低限のアメニティはありますが、タオル交換は５日まではありません。ドライヤーはあります。 目の前がフィゲイロ広場で、スーパーやパン屋などは目の前にあります。 地下鉄にも目の前の入り口から入れ、本当に便利です。 総合的な感想としては、アクティブな旅には本当にオススメ。お部屋でゆっくりされたい方は別のお宿を探すことをオススメします。

The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, very spacious, clean and overall very good impression of the apartment. It was close to the shopping street and in walking distance to nice restaurants. The only negative thing was the tram which passed right by the building and was extremely loud and made the whole apartment shake. You need more than a pair of earplugs to be able to sleep!
