This is not a hotel in the traditional sense – there is no 24-hour reception or room service, but the atmosphere more than makes up for it: warm, welcoming, and genuinely personal, something you rarely find in chain hotels. Breakfast is in true Italian style (not overly abundant), yet with excellent coffee and products from the property’s own farm. The 19th-century mansion was renovated in 2017–18 and features an elevator and a lovely swimming pool that is open 24/7 (unlike many similar properties where the pool is closed at night). Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings on the second floor. Bathrooms are combined and also generously sized. The air conditioning may take a little while to cool the entire room, but it does the job. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to escape the noise of the big city and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of a countryside villa.

Outstanding attention, service and property. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prior to our arrival we were contacted to re confirm details and check in time. Once we got there a kid named Alessandro explained us and show us everything in the property and room. Great attention. Rooms are big and nice. Everything seems pretty new! The pool was great too, more for our trip that was during the summer and we were getting there after driving for more than 4 hours. The breakfast was also outstanding, they had the table prepared for us and everything served was homemade by a lady that was also super nice with us. Definitely a peaceful and relax place to disconnect yourself from the city.

Straight forward, clean and excellent service. We stayed here for the a couple of days when we were passing through heading more South. I must say that it was a great choice! If you want to relax and enjoy your privacy for a couple of days, you will not regret it. Communication in English, recommendations for restaurants, and the home made breakfast were a big plus! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The hotel was quiet, very clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is very good, it is all natural and a la carte. The yard is very big with grass and nature but the hotel is very small, only 6 rooms i think. There are chickens and goats nearby that kids adore. There are bikes that you can take for free and wander around. I very much enjoyed my 7 days stay there. Of course every day during day time, i was away to different cities but at night i slept there and it was so relaxing. The city of Cento is small, not quite big but it has its attractions.

What a hidden gem! We had an absolutely wonderful stay - peaceful environment and nice facilities, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms and very friendly staff. Especially Alessandro was very nice and attentive. The breakfast with many homemade items is outstanding. Also very dog-friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!
