We had a corner room it was nice, and the view was amazing! You could hear the train sometimes, but not a deal breaker. We would definitely book the room again. We enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant downstairs. Overall we had a great stay.

Hotel was just okay. Not the cleanest and things were in need of repair such as broken and loud ice machine and loud hvac unit.

Convenient location. Public transportation is very close or you can walk to a lot of locations. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Joseph was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean with amazing view of downtown, 10/10. The have a restaurant onsite that serves delicious food and has friendly staff, 9/10. Hotel staff were friendly as well, 8/10.

The hotel itself was very nice and there was parking right across the street. We arrived about an hour after check-in, but our room was still not ready. They offered us another room, but the corner room and view was the reason I chose here, so we waited a bit longer. Our view was incredible - we could see most of the city to the north, the museum campus, and a bit of Navy Pier. There were no vending machines and the "store" they had in the lobby was completely emptied with the exception of a handful of what appeared to be sparkling water. I had to go to the gas station down the block for drinks and snacks.

Just an okay hotel. Not very clean and ice machine was broken and was making loud noises during our stay. Hotel strongly recommend valet parking because lots across the street had car’s broken into

Hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were not ready when we arrived but they held our bags in secure storage while we went to dinner. Rooms were very clean, AC worked great, and the staff was super kind.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe staying here and walking around at night. Staff were always very kind and helpful. Very convenient location to do everything I wanted. I’d definitely recommend and would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was good

I found a sock that didn’t belong to me or my daughter. I found a hair on the bathroom sink counter and in the shower. Thankful we had Lysol wipes with us. I called the front desk for fresh towels because housekeeping cleans every other day. My daughter had to go to the desk at 11pm to get them.
