Tower with multiple facilities

The staff who were on rota are lacking in customer service skills. Room had no body wash or other hygiene products other than hand soap. For a 4 star hotel, this is pretty poor. The food was lovely, but no condiments were delivered to the room. Blood stained carpets & ill fitting matress protectors, are also not conducive to 4 star hotels.

We encountered some issues with parking, as we were unaware that the onsite facility had changed to Park 2. It would have been helpful to receive this information at the time of booking. The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering our room, we noticed an unpleasant odor that required us to step back out out of the room. This was quite disturbing as we were checking in quiet late with our children. Thankfully, the receptionist addressed this promptly and he also helped us prepare the sofa bed. While the carpet had a few stains, they were minor and not overly concerning. Overall, the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night

I had a very comfortable stay nice clean bedding. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was beautiful. Very child friendly. I will use this hotel again

Overall good hotel. However the entry is bit tricky. I have to call the receptionist to get directions. Entry is via car park 2 and it is hight restricted.

I booked three night but left the next day as the room was extremely dirty when I checked in and it was very unhygienic, and I was given no refund or credit for the night I had lost

Nice enough, bed comfy and rooms clean if a little tired. Staff friendly, didn't eat on site but menu looked reasonably priced and standard for this type of hotel. Hard to find the parking, instructions with confirmation could do with being clearer.

The hotel is great but we arrived late on a cold February evening and the heating was broken. We were told the night staff security would come fix it but he never came despite asking twice. It was a long cold night and we complained and received a refund in the morning. I would stay again but only in summer!

The hotel is a little upside down to what I am used too as reception is at the top, but it works well! Check in was quick enough, not much chat from reception staff but they explained breakfast and what was required. The lifts are good and quick too. The room was really nice, a good enough size and I liked the choice of wood veneer colour, it gave it a richer feeling. Bed comfortable and shower room clean. Considering the cost, I really have no complaints. It's very easy to leavethe hotel and walk into the shopping centre as doors are about 4 metres from each other which is really good.

Service was good, friendly and attentive. No complaints there. The cleaners are not the best, and didn’t really clean or make the bed, it seemed a bit rushed. Floor was dirty and we found hair and not cleaned/hoovered properly. If you are travelling on foot without a car it can be quite tricky entering the hotel as there is no direct signposting that said entrance. You can access through shopping center but when late at night this isn’t possible, so you have to walk up the car park. Overall I would not stay here again and unfortunately I can’t recommend to anyone else. If you are staying for 1/2 nights I suppose it would suffice for a budget stay. No uber driver would pick you up due to the lack of Uber in East Kilbride. If you are planning to attend events in Glasgow and travel back here in the evening I wouldn’t bother. Just pay the extra money and stay in the center, we wish we had.

The reception is on the 12th floor

It was just very disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for
