Hotel in a good location , Staff wonderfull service, Breakfast alsome . Turn off A/C around 4 am every day excuses. Pool need to Clean Everyday when I arrived need to ask for that smell bad and green water no run the pump dirty in a deep excuses .they solf fast but Supposed I find everything in chape. Ridicules Give a Card with regulation about smoke $300 bill when they have place for smokers Breakfast Alsome and Staff to .In general I give 3.8

Perfect hotel, very new. Good rate and close to airport. Beds are comfy and sheets aswell.

We had a terrible experience, they woul not allow my little girl (8) to stay in the same room with us. They made me book an extra room because they would not refund my money. We have always been able to all stay in the same room in the past. This will likely be our last time staying in this hotel in Piura.
