My husband, my children, and I were very pleased with the new design of the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta room. It was bright, modern, warm, and cozy. The bathroom was clean, and the selection of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions was very pleasant. I often travel to 5-star hotels, but this was the first time I really liked the scent. Thank you for making my family and I a very satisfying first experience at the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta.

Super favorite vacation here 😭 the pool is not Olympic size but it has a lot of variety, lots of toys, free ATV and bike rides, fast Wi-Fi, the rooms are great especially when upgraded by the receptionist. The staff are very friendly. Will come here again when I go to Jogja!

The hotel staff is friendly, and they report and confirm any lost items. They're child-friendly. There are plenty of photo spots, and you can even book a family photo package. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Currently under renovation, and the interior looks to be more modern. This was my first time staying here and I got a room upgrade. There are also plenty of outdoor activities for kids and families.

We were greeted with jasmine necklaces and the sound of gongs. The staff were generally friendly. A minor issue was resolved within 25 minutes, and a replacement was promptly delivered. The hotel grounds are spacious, with a wide selection of food. The pool is unique, but the children's section is not very clean and there is no lifeguard (noted on the sign).

Overall, everything was good, even though I got an old room. The soap and hand lotion were all really good. The room, although still with the old design, was clean and comfortable, and I loved the food. The bread pudding at the breakfast buffet was so good. Perhaps they could add a western menu for breakfast.

The breakfast selection at the restaurant was less varied compared to previous stays. However, the friendly service, free photo session, and discounted golf sessions were still top-notch and make me want to stay here again.
