The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent, making it suitable for families. There was a kids' club, which kept the kids happy. The beach was very clean. Everything was great.

The hotel is old indeed, even though it has been renovated, the rooms still don't look modern. First time staying here, maybe I want to try another hotel. The swimming pool facilities are ok so far, but the rooms are very old in terms of interior and exterior.

Our fav. Nusa dua beachfront hotel. Perfect for family. A lot of activity. Nice beach, good food, best swimming pool. Yes, the room is a lit bit old, but they maintain very well.

2 nights staying here was quite memorable, the staff were friendly, the hotel is really spacious, far if you want to go here and there, the air conditioning is cold, the room is also spacious, nice view, beach access, the beach is also nice, not too crowded, even though they gave me a map, looking at the map was confusing because it was too big

The staff here are all nice and very friendly, the food is also delicious, unfortunately there is only 1, the walk to the room is very very far.

At first I was not too excited to stay at the Grand Hyatt, because from the room photos it looked a bit old and not modern. However, we still wanted to enjoy Nusa Dua with its child-friendly beach, in the Hyatt hotel chain. My guess was wrong because it turned out that our family was very happy to spend 4 days and 3 nights at the Hyatt. The resort has very complete facilities, lots of swimming pools, lots of restaurant choices, a gym and various sports activities, there is even a squash court! Even though it rained for several days, we were still comfortable in the room and other indoor activities. Everything in the room functioned well. Aaya liked the screen door to the balcony, because we could turn off the AC and enjoy the fresh air when it rained without fear of mosquitoes or other animals entering the room. There are many birds and squirrels in the garden area which is fun for the kids (don't disturb or feed them). Our favorite Watercourt restaurant for breakfast. Salsa Verde for lunch while playing in the pool, and dinner at Nampu Japanese restaurant. Suarta from Watercourt and Sutan Bayu Aji from housekeeping provided excellent service.

The sheets, towels, and sofa all smell musty. I'm disappointed that a five-star hotel smells so bad. The bathroom window can't be moved either. The maintenance is really lacking :(

Clean beach,excellent facilities and services

There are so many activities that can be done in the hotel area. Suitable for a vacation with children, clean beach, nice pool, really helpful and friendly staff, the food is also quite tasty. Well, this hotel is a complete package.

Everything was amazing. Beyond our expectations. Will come and stay here again for sure. Note: choose room that is near to every where because at night it might get too dark and quiet at some areas.
