I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. The room was filthy, unhygienic, and clearly poorly maintained. There were thick layers of dust on multiple surfaces, stained bed sheets, and even pubic hairs in the room. Appliances such as the hairdryer were not working. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned/maintained before check-in, which is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the poor service recovery. When I raised these issues with the staff, they appeared indifferent and offered little more than sending housekeeping back to the room. Unfortunately, even after they “cleaned” it again, the room was still not up to a basic standard of cleanliness. There was no genuine apology, sense of urgency, or effort to make things right. Accessibility is another major downside. Traffic leading to the hotel is consistently terrible, making it frustrating and time-consuming to get in and out. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. Poor hygiene, inadequate customer service, and difficult access make it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone.

To access the hotel during daytime will be a nightmare, with a 45-minute wait due to traffic. This is because Kae Farm is nearby.

So far ok.. Strategic location near Teh Boh Sg Palas, Kea Farm. The room is ok and parking is free.

Location good. Hotel old and too much crowded. Once upon a time really good 4-star hotel. Service bad - great difficulty to get towels changed and the towels overused. Room cleaning not so good, no vacuum cleaning, after cleaning lot of dust on floor. Furnitures old and some defective. Breakfast area too much crowded and average buffet. A la carte food taste is good. Summary: just ok hotel with gym & pool, more for budget-friendly traveler but misses WOW effect for sure.

Copthorne has a strategic location, walking distance to Kea Farm, near restaurants and small shops. Convenient for me and my small family. The hotel ambience is nice and comfortable. Will be one of my preferred stays in Cameron Highland.

Price cheapest for 2 bedroom apartments

I'm staying here because it's near to Kea Farm and Palas Tea. The room is spacious and clean. Wi-Fi and TV were not working the day I was staying here due to a connection issue, but it's okay. The staff left a notice regarding this issue. Overall, it's worth it 😊

I always stay here. It's cheap. Breakfast is good. Close to the kea farm. Enjoyable walking.

The room cleanliness and the ambiance was really good. However, we experienced a sink clogged issue during shower where we couldn't bath properly. We didn't complain since we just stayed 1 night but it's advisable to check the room facility prior handover to customer. And also we heard another customer was complaining to the Hotel Manager that there's no water in their room and given water bottles to bath which is totally unacceptable. Lastly, breakfast really sucks which really need to be improved.

Location Ok with many eating places around, but heavy traffic jam to hotel on Sat afternoon. Booked a 3 rooms apartment, overall the rooms need maintenance, can see paint peeling off from ceilings. Basic stuff Ok with hot water working in bathrooms. No microwave but has a fridge. Asked for extra blankets and the staff kindly provided. Has enough parking lots below our apartment for our car.

Unfortunately, the stay fell below expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The shower head was not adjustable, and there were visible strands of hair in the bathroom and on the hair dryer. The balcony and carpet were also not clean. Additionally, no bath or face towels were provided upon check-in. Although reception mentioned that housekeeping would send them, they took so long to send. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs considerable improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
