I had a pleasant stay at Capitol Hotel Bukit Bintang, KL. The location is unbeatable—just steps from famous spots like Restoran Chee Meng, Alor Street, and the vibrant city buzz. The room and bathroom were impressively clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a full day exploring. While the bed wasn’t the softest and the TV wasn’t a smart one, neither impacted our stay—we spent most of our time out discovering Malaysia’s incredible cityscape. Great value and convenience!

Location near restaurant, mal, shopping area.

Type of old hotel, old interior & design but clean. The staff are all nice and helpful. Also, the location is very near to main street Bukit Bintang and Alor Street.

This hotel has a very strategic location, being within walking distance to Alor and the city center. What's more, it's close to the MRT station, making it easy and affordable to travel to Petaling and Central Market. This is my second time staying at Hotel Capitol 👍

The location is quite close to Alor and the city center, easily accessible on foot. It's very strategic because the MRT station is very close, making it easy and affordable to get around. Finding food is also very easy, as there's a shopping center across from the hotel with a food court, and there's also a Seven-Eleven behind the hotel.

Room with classic old school design. Not suitable for families (who bring children). Not friendly for children's environment. Old school TV 🤣 is dead and not working. The mattress is not soft. No toothbrush, toothpaste, sandals provided. So you have to bring your own. 2in1 soap/shampoo 🤣. The toilet and water drain are clogged. Must bring a 3-pin plug. If you just want to stay close to shopping places etc. there are still other hotels that are better and cheaper 😮‍💨. Hopefully there will be better improvements. The hotel is suitable ⭐️⭐️⭐️. But the price is too expensive 😵‍💫🥴

The staff was helpful since we arrived at 2 am in the morning , they immediately process my booking and explained it clearly in a short time, and didnt ask many questions, they maybe knew we've already so tired for the trip and need to be in our room immediately. And also the hotel is located just in the back of Sungei Wang Mall. Near to everything , a bit quiet than the other area in Bukit Bintang, I like it. I will go to this hotel again if I visit KL again.

Comfortable stay, strategic location, easy to access the city center, worth the rates, good taste of food

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel, it was quite good, there were lots of restaurants around it, you could walk or take a Grab to get anywhere.

The hotel is quite strategic, there are many restaurants, it is close to wherever you want to go, for that price it is quite good, the room can fit 3 adults but the body size is medium.

This hotel was a strategic place. Only a walk distance to Bukit Bintang. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

short trip to KL because I wanted to watch a concert.. because the concert venue was at Sungei Wang so I looked for a hotel in the Bukit Bintang area but didn't expect it to be this close to the venue.. when I got out of the lift from the venue, it was right in front of this hotel... I was so happy because it wasn't far to walk plus it was really close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station The information said check in could only be done after 2pm but it turned out that I could already enter the room at around 12pm.. so I could still take a shower from the airport before going to watch the concert... I think if there's another concert at Sungei Wang I'll stay here again

Strategic location, right and left in front of the Mall, supermarket, monorail station nearby. Food according to taste. Drop off and exit the hotel is available

Room space good, price also good enough. Walking to alor street so good distance. Clean room. Good shower and also good view. My room is 603! Check in time also great

The bed has no name anymore, because it is curved like a boat. Sleeping makes the whole body hurt.

The location is very strategic, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioner can be adjusted according to your needs. Very recommended. The hotel also sells delicious nasi lemak for breakfast.

Good location, near from Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Chee Meng Hainan Rice, Fahrenheit, Pavilion, and Berjaya Times Square. We asked for late check-out and it was approved easily.
