High price-to-value ratio. Only soundproofing is required to improve since I heard people in the next room talking and moving clearly, and I also heard downstairs noise since I was on level 4.

I've been a regular at this hotel for decades... Since the change in front office manager, it's become less comfortable, with rigid, robotic-like rules and less friendly. Even asking for water requires following the rules... even though it's just water. Hmmm... Now I'm reluctant to recommend it to Indonesian friends. The rules are too rigid.

Decent hotel with good location for shoppers. Hotel room soundproofing is very poor. Not ideal for light sleepers. Breakfast was okay, but can the chef minus the coriander in fried kuey teow please. No chef will add coriander in fried kuey teow. Mee rebus at the cafe is short of sambal.
