ok dorsett, just a bit noisy from the elevator engine

The location is very close to the city center, even though it is noisy outside, the room is still comfortable because there is no sound coming in from outside.

The location is close to the city center so it is easy to get around the city just by walking.

4 Star feels like 5 Star Hotel in Bukit Bintang I stayed with 10 other people (yes, I'm in a big group). The room is quite large for a group of 3. You can also have all the people at the same one room and not feeling too crowded The bathroom is also big enough, that's a plus Hotel located near Pavilion and all other tenants in Bukit Bintang which only need 5 minutes of brisk walk. Very very recommend to ease up strolling around Bukit Bintang area. Please do use comfy footwear I also happen to use the facilities here (gym and pool) which small but really spot on for usage. The staff is very responsive, mostly are fluently bilingual so foreigners don't have to worry, really answer every questions that I've ask and very reliable. For the safety, I guess it's safe enough to walk around alone or even at night. As a girl, IT'S VERY IMPORTANT. Definitely going to have another trip here because it was all worth the price‼️

The hotel staff was very friendly and check in and check out was fast.

The room is nice and clean. The surrounding environment is very good, near the Pavilion Mall. Only the public bathroom downstairs is a bit dirty. Otherwise, it's great.

The hotel is very close to everywhere, I walked from the hotel through Pavilion, then to Nasi Ayam Hainan Chee Meng, then continued walking to Petaling, it was still okay, but back from Petaling to the hotel I took Grab because I was full from eating too much haha. But to get to Pavilion is very close, for the price it is very okay according to the room I think it is worth it, the price is according to the size of the room and the facilities there are all the iron and ironing board, oh the only minus is the water heater in room 1007 (10th floor) is not working, there is a hairdryer, the room is cleaned and hopefully there is mineral water in the room hehe 😆🙏 the room is clean and the AC is working normally, I really like it 🫶 the elevator access is also okay, no long wait and the staff are friendly, at the reception there are also drinks and snacks available so if you are hungry just go to the lobby 😆🤛🏻

Good location, near from Pavillion, Lot 10, etc. Clean and comfortable room.

Overall, Dorset Hotel is a good choice for anyone planning a trip to Malaysia, especially the Bukit Bintang area.

Good service, quiet atmosphere, very close access to the city center.

Strategic location, close to everywhere, will stay again.
