Really love it! The room is too big but still enough for 2 adults & 1 kid. Everyday they make up the room and change with new towels, very clean and the water heater and also the aircon in a good condition 👍🏻👍🏻. The one maybe the hotel should repair is the bidet toilet is too hard so it's not too comfortable to use it. But overall the hotel is very cozy ❤.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the room facilities are complete, there is still space for prayer in the room, very close to the bus stop. It's just a bit difficult to find halal food, for breakfast you need to take the bus to Whampoa.

Stayed here for two nights during The Eras Tour Taylor Swift. I did some research about how Singapore hotels especially the 2-3 star hotels have limitations due to its land constraints so I expected how compact the room is gonna be but I didn't expect it to be SO clean, with a huge window so it didn't feel suffocating. The bed actually has a vacant space so we can easily store our luggage there and when we want to pray, we can just put it back in. The toilet is also very clean too, it smells good & relaxing, the water heater works perfectly fine just as the bath complimentary. My room actually has hairdryer, mini fridge too (despite how compact the room is), a make up mirror (yess with the cool make up-made lighting), a clothing hanger and a mini chair. It was such a perfect, clean, spotless, 2 star hotels. I was so happy might return next time. Oh and the staffs are also so very kind! We goofed around and I asked so many places to explore in Singapore and they were happily answered and gave many recommendations! So happy staying here.

Overall nice hotel! Ms. Jessica is a sweetheart and very helpful during my stay! Location is very convenient, with bus stop right next to the hotel 's door! Lots of eateries nearby.

Though it is a budget hotel, but it is equipped with the amenities like a 4-5 star hotel. It also has a fridge and safe in the room. Most important that I like the hotel is it is clean! So it made my stay comfortable. The front desk aunty is friendly ☺. The cons will be MRT station is not within walking distance but the bus is convenient. Overall, the experience in this hotel is great.

Hotel is clean, but the room is super small with only bed and very little space to put your things. Need to register your passport upon check in, and even for frequent guest who is visiting (I book for my family and I visit them often as I live nearby), they also request to record my identity in their system, though the booking is made under my name. I think its too much of taking personal data for a hotel booking!

Good service, when it rains you can borrow an umbrella. The rooms are clean and the receptionist is friendly. Luggage can be entrusted when checking in and checking out. Exit the hotel there is already a bus stop. Easy transportation. Next to the hotel food court so it's easy to find food.

FOs are all friendly & very helpful. Room cleaned & towels changed daily. It's convenient to use the bus everywhere, because there is a bus stop next to the hotel. Tap water in the bathroom can be cooked for drinking. Thank you Fragrance Hotel-Oasis.

It 's awesome to stay here. The hotel is so clean, and the receptionist are kind. I'll be back if I visit singapore again. 😄.

They cleaned the place everyday with free bottled water, very strong water pressure and heater. Above average Wifi and good air conditioning. The room we had didn't have windows, and the bed was kind of hard, but the rest are great, the staff is also accomodating.

Cocok untuk traveler yang hanya membutuhkan tempat untuk tidur setelah seharian berjalan-berjalan di Singapore. Bersih, nyaman, dekat halte bis, pinggir jalan besar. Terima kasih untuk staff yang telah memberikan kamar dengan jendela menghadap jalan Balestier. Akan kembali ke sini.

The staff is very friendly, the room is quite clean, a little cramped but for two it's still okay. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, if you want to go to the MRT, you have to take the bus, if you walk too far.
