Old Hotel. Small TV and channel of TV not clear picture. Parking RM5 for guest. Katil berbunyi.

Old but gold. This use to be Pan Pacific but still retaining its charm. Opposite mall is very convenient for shopping. Hotel facilities are good, pool is deep, room size is better than many others. Note, hotel parking entrance a bit tricky, it’s before the main lobby.

I like coming here because of the location near the mall and the delicious breakfast. The only thing that wasn't great this time was the room we got. The bed was lower than before, not comfortable to sleep in. The toilet doesn't have a bidet but the water in the toilet is slow. The room was a bit disappointing. Friendly staff, fragrant lobby.

staff was friendly when i arrive.. strategic location can access to mall and public transport. just very disappointed with their water heater..i plan for staycation here near my house to use bathtub and can release stress but turn out the water its cold,water heater not functioning.. already call but they ask to wait longer till getting hot..but ermm still the same .. hopefully they can fix this issue

1st time book using apps even though I have checked in here many times. The facility is good, only this time I am not satisfied with the service of the ladies receptionist during check in and checkout. Not as friendly as before. I don't even want to request an invoice, he said it was a procedure before this, while I have come many times and there is no issue. Have reviewed before this because the staff is the best. But the cafe staff during breakfast is tiptop. Please fix it if you overlook it because this hotel is the main choice every time you come to KL.

This is my 3rd time staycation here. The hotel staff fulfilled my request to have baby crib in the room. 😊.

The only problem Parking lot Not enough and available for late comer and for those are driving. Have to give clear direction signboard cause most of us are not familiar to this place.

Swimming pool not available during my visit due to maintenance. One of the criteria I choose this hotel is for swimming pool.

Went to this hotel on 16/6-17/6. It is such a beautiful hotel, from the high class and exclusive look lobby, the spacious room itself and the dining area. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Toilet and bathtub are clean, with good water pressure. Bedsheets and towels are clean. The staffs are very friendly here. I took the room with breakfast included. There's variety of food choices, from local menu, to western, to ‘raya’ menu selections as it is raya day. The malay blue baju melayu staff at the dining area are very friendly, very attentive to the guests. He even helped me to bring my food to my table too. This might seems just a small action to some people, but it do gives me a good impression and experience at this hotel. Good job at giving your guests a wow experience at the hotel and dining area. The only downside is they didn't allow food delivery rider to deliver the food up to the room and the hotel staffs also didn't help to bring up the food to my room. So I need to go down to take my food.

Hotel semua okay. Bersih. Cuma tilam keras sangat. Bantal pon tak best. Bangun pagi badan pinggang sakit². Cotton bud pon tak ada. TV lama. Sakit mata tengok siaran. Parking cas setiap kali keluar masuk RM5.

Fine is fine. Breakfast taste is good, nothing special about it. It can be a bit annoying because of the crowd though & seating arrangements could be better to avoid food and hot drinks spilled on your head!
