The room felt quite old and not very appealing, especially considering the premium price point. It could definitely benefit from refurbishment to match the luxury experience the resort is known for. The biggest disappointment was Emerald Bay. While it’s supposed to be one of the highlights of the resort, it was unfortunately full of rubbish during my visit, which really affected the overall experience. It’s a beautiful beach, but the lack of cleanliness took away from its charm.

They just refurbished the rooms not long ago. Generally, the services and foods are delicious, the housekeeper will clean twice a day. The breakfast buffet has a variety of selections compared to the buffet lunch. Uncle Lim is serving delicious dinner as well.

We stayed in a Beach Villa with a nice beach view from our villa. Overall, services are good and the rooms are clean.

Awesome! Worth the experienxe

The hotel was great.customer service was awesome.perfect for honeymoon.however,if you r residents of malaysia do get their residents package which is more value for money.the food price is ridiculous.nasi goreng will cost you rm80.the taste is just okay.the to and fro ferry ride is rm160/person.everything is expensive.😂 However,the view,the beach is fantastic. will visit again with my family.

Overall not bad but the hotel had forgotten my request about a baby cot in my room. The meal is quite pricey and not very nice.

The room is very nice but I don't like the amount of dust around the bed and on the bath tub.
